Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and German Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodrome. Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping center and the biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenir. (Art demonstration of handmade Turkish carpets upon request) Bosphorus Cruise, through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residential and luxurious apartments. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat - no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. Golden Horn (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of Istanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines.

On 1st of January Dolmabahce Palace will be closed. Therefore you will visit the following instead: Eyup Sultan Mosque with Pierre Loti Cafe and Miniaturk.
If your hotel is located on the Asia side of Istanbul (such as the Marriott Asia) a supplement will apply for your hotel pick up and drop off. Payment of this extra is to be paid directly to the supplier on the day. The supplier will advise you of this at the time of reconfirmation. If you do not wish to pay this extra an option will be offered by the supplier to pick you up from a central location in Istanbul instead. Also note that on the 1st of May (Labour Day) due to demonstrations around the Taksim Square, hotel pick up from this area only won't be possible. If your hotel is located in this area we willadvise you of an alternative pickup location prior to your tour taking place. Grand Covered Bazaar is closed on Sundays and replaced with authentic shops around Grand Bazaar
